The room was brand new and had an excellent mattress and bedding. It was so cozy and comfortable, perfect for a winter getaway. the hot buffet breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. the manager and staff were wonderful, always ready to help and make our stay enjoyable. the location was ideal, situated in the countryside but only 10 miles away from Krakow. We could easily take a taxi to the airport for just $25 and ride the train into the city for sightseeing. It was the best of both worlds!

That there was no noise insulation in the room. We could hear every step of the neighbors upstairs, and unfortunately, their toilet was right above our sleeping quarters.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Parking was convenient, right outside our room. The location was perfect, near the airport, making it ideal for late-night arrivals. Additionally, being next to the lake provided a beautiful backdrop and various activities to enjoy. The staff were amazing, particularly Manager Joanna, who was polite, helpful, and ensured all our requests were taken into account. The breakfast boxes provided for our early flight were a thoughtful touch and greatly appreciated.

Plus, breakfast is included, which is always a bonus.
